At the same time in Mauritius another genius, "Major" Ibrahim Atchia was born. His father immigrated to Mauritius as a trader. Major Atchia started his first experiments playing in a small stream behind his family home. Here he created his visions of the future. Together with his brothers, the Reduit Hydro Power plant became a reality in 1901. Major Atchia, like Tesla in USA, had steered Mauritius in a completely new direction. He too had brought electricity to a place that had never experienced it before. Neither of these men knew of the other, or their incredible work.

Parallel Lives will demonstrate the evolution of electricity. Furthermore, we will reveal the undeniable parallel lives of three men born in different eras. Nikola Tesla, born and raised in the Austrian empire. He was a physicist, engineer and inventor who gained fame from his many inventions. Despite the many highs and lows during his life, Tesla contributed greatly to the world. His first accomplishment lies in Niagara Fall's hydro power station, where in 1896, his invention brought electricity to USA.
